Who we are

Adults only

This service is for adults 18+. If we detect that a user is under 18, their access is permanently blocked.

What we store

• Your Telegram user ID and first name
• Your recent messages and the bot's replies (the last few dozen, so the conversation flows)
• Memory notes: a short summary of things you shared (e.g. your job, interests), created automatically from older messages. Those older messages are then deleted.
• Your settings: chosen character, the name you gave it, 18+ confirmation, premium status, bonus messages
• How you found us: the link you first opened the bot with (e.g. a website or an invite link), and if a friend invited you, which user invited you (to give you both the invite bonus)
• Usage statistics: when you sent messages, message length, response times, button clicks. These do NOT include what you wrote.

We never collect your phone number, contacts or location.

How it's processed

Replies are generated by an AI model running on our own computer. Your messages are NOT sent to any external AI company or third party, NOT sold, and NOT used to train AI models. Messages travel through Telegram, which has its own privacy policy: telegram.org/privacy

Automatic safety checks

Messages are automatically checked for signs of self-harm (to show crisis resources) and for statements that the user is under 18 (to block access). No human reads your messages for this.

Who can see your data

Only the operator, and only when needed to run or fix the service. Our statistics dashboard never shows message content.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. /delete immediately and permanently erases your messages, memory notes, settings and statistics. Copies in backups and technical logs are removed automatically within 30 days.

Exception: if access was blocked for being under 18, we keep only your Telegram user ID and the block itself, so the block stays effective.

For anything else (access, correction, questions) email bivil23921@cwsgear.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye) you may have further rights, including complaining to a data protection authority.

Security

Data is stored locally on the operator's computer, not on a public server, with reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure.

Characters are fictional AI personas, not real people. Replies can be wrong and are not professional (medical, legal or psychological) advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
